The Brilliance range of pads from Tsukineko are filled with fast drying pigment ink in pearlised and metallic colours, formulated for use on uncoated and coated papers and card, photos and vellum papers making them perfect for your cards, scrapbooking pages and craft projects.

Will also work with: leather(tanned leather), cellophane, unpainted wood, polymer clay, shrink plastic and terracotta.
