Luna’s Scrapbooking Supplies Return Policy

At Luna’s Scrapbooking Supplies, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We are bound by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission ACCC.  Below outlines some but not limited to your rights as a consumer.

An item may be returned if it was originally purchased from Luna’s Scrapbooking Supplies within three (3) days of receiving your order and..

*It is faulty or is not of an acceptable quality

*The item is not fit for its intended purpose

*We do NOT accept Change Of Mind Returns.

***While we take all reasonable steps to provide accurate colour samples, colour variations may vary from what is displayed online compared to the actual physical product, therefor, we do not accept returns for this reason.

*All returns MUST be approved by Luna’s Scrapbooking Supplies PRIOR to them being returned. A return will not be accepted if we have not provided this authorisation.

*All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.  If Luna's Scrapbooking Supplies confirms that the product does have a problem we will then reimburse you the postage costs.  Please keep your receipt for proof.  Luna’s Scrapbooking Supplies will not accept any liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us whilst in post.  Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused.

Shipping Policy

*All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance up to $100 of order.  Any order over $100 is not insured unless you have and paid for extra cover.

*Your signature may be required upon delivery.

*International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and custom fees assigned by your custom.

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Payments are made up front in full.  In the event that there are delays with delivery times Luna’s Scrapbooking Supplies will not be liable for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

As with all our products we endeavour to dispatch all deliveries as fast as possible to our customers, with many of our products being sourced internationally we may be affected by public holidays, inclement weather, port or custom delays all of which are beyond our control.  All expected delivery times are estimates until the products are in our warehouse and ready for dispatch upon which time the standard delivery terms will apply.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can take longer than expected to arrive in our ports and could be held for longer periods for Australian custom clearances, inclement weather, strikes and other issues that may arise which are out of our control.

If you wish to cancel a pre order we will deduct $5.00AU from the total returned including postage if applicable and if that item had it’s own postage cost due to being bulky item.  In the event that your order was over $200 and therefore you received free shipping and after the cancellation of the pre-order now makes your order under $200 postage will also be deducted from your refund to cover the post of postage on remaining items that you may or may not have received yet.

By paying all of the pre-order, the customer agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions set out on this page and other relevant T&C’s associated with.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order a refund will be given minus and out of pocket expenses incurred ie.  If you paid via paypal, afterpay, layby etc then then fee we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
